Fredrick Cothern Obituary
Fredrick Blake Cothren, age 17 of Cypress, passed away on September 18, 2014. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Alphus, Sr. and Dorothy Cothren and is survived by his parents, Alphus, Jr. and Leah Cothren; brother, Alphus "Hank" Cothren III; grandparents, Fred and Robin Greenwood; great grandparents Oral and Norma Jean Greenwood. Aunts and Uncles, Phillip and Terri Greenwood, Amy and Wes DeVoar, David and Erika Miller, Michelle Lanning, Johnny Grohoske and Vicky Cothren as well as numerous cousins and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, September 26, 2014 from 5 to 8pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11am at Canon Funeral Home with Rev. Splatter (Bobby Kirby) officiating. Interment will follow at Waller Cemetery . After the service family and friends will be gathering to celebrate Blake. Location will be announced at service. Blake, it is so very hard to believe you are gone! Kathryn shared with me you and her shared your 1st kiss that will always be very special! U were truly an inspiration in the great kid you were and a brave kid too, u took care of others before yourself and I know how proud of you your family is!!
