Peter Baiocco Obituary

TRENTON - Peter Baiocco, 75, of Trenton, passed away into God's loving and eternal care on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center.
Born in Trenton, Pete was a lifelong resident. He retired in 1999 as an employee for the Trenton Folding Box Co. (Simpkins Industries) after 38 years of service.
He was a member of the First Wesleyan Church of Florence where he was a former member of the church board and formerly served as the church caretaker. He was also the former groundskeeper for the Wesley Chapel in Groveville. Some of his interests in life included basketball, following boxing, and yard work. He always took pride in keeping his property neat and clean.
Son of the late Petro and Madeline Paone Baiocco, and brother of the late Corrine Reali, he is survived by his wife of nearly 35 years, Joan (Bean) Combs Baiocco and two sons, Gregory (Karen) Combs of North Carolina and William (Cheryl) Combs of New Egypt; two brothers, Martin (Gloria) Baiocco of Bordentown and Frederick (Lois) Baiocco of Monroe Township; five grandchildren, Christian, Cory, Katie, Gregory and Michael Combs; and two great-grandchildren, Alaina and Lenny with one on the way. In addition he leaves his nieces and nephews, Regina Reali, Sabrina (Denis) Santini, Freddie (Nicole) Baiocco, Sharon (Jeff) Efird and Walter (Joy) Borkowsky; as well as his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Claire and Russell Borkowsky of North Carolina.
The funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front St., Florence. The Rev. Dr. Philip V. Loria, pastor of the First Wesleyan Church, will officiate. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
