Mark Tokar Obituary

Mark Edward Tokar, 43, of Port Vue, passed away Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014. He was born Jan. 28, 1971, in McKeesport, a son of Diane J. Northrup Aducci, of Greenock, and Joel Edward (Elania) Tokar, of Middleburg, Fla. Mark was a member of the Port Vue United Methodist and worked for AR Chambers Corp. He is survived by his wife, Connie Jo Castellano Tokar; daughter, Cora Marie (Richard Buehrle) Tokar; son, Mark Joseph Tokar; brother, Michael (Gretchen) Tokar, of Mt. Vernon; sisters, Jamie D. (Adam) Begandy, of Irwin, and Katrina Tokar, of Middleburg, Fla.; grandfather, Charles Northrup, of Mt. Vernon; mother and father-in-law, Carolyn and Conrad Castellano, of Monroeville; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Northrup; and grandparents, Edith and Joe "Smoke" Tokar. Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, at the GILBERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 6028 Smithfield St., Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Jody Dausey officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
