Dolores J. Mols

1933 - 2023

Dolores Jean Mols, 89, of McKeesport, died May 17, 2023. Born Aug. 13, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Blanche (Olszewski) Wise and wife of the late Chester L. Mols who passed away in 2018. She grew up on Boyd Hill surrounded by her family. Dolores was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, Corpus Christi Chuch and their Christian Mothers. She enjoyed weekend polka dances with her husband and friends, traveling to Virginia, and yearly family beach vacations. At home, she loved to bake and tend to her flower garden. Dolores is survived by daughters, Cindy (Rick Boyd) Mols, of McKeesport, and Charlene (Randy) Bargiel, of Ashburn, Va.; grandchildren, Jessica, Lynette, Shea and Sienna; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a son, Leonard Mols; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Mols; twin sister, Dorothy Bishop; and brother, Ron Wise. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2023, at JAYCOX-JAWORSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREAMTORY Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Corpus Christi Church with Father Kevin Dominik and Father Joseph Beck will co-celebrate. Burial will follow at St. Mary Polish Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of Grandview Estates for their care and compassion.
