I don´t know why I was drawn to look up Dr Lozano but I did and discovered his passing. I was a patient of his 30 some years ago. He was a kind doctor whom I have thought of often over the years. Prayers and blessings to his family.

Dear Pat and family,
We are very sorry to hear about Ramon's passing. We are privileged to have known him and you when we were living in Pennsylvania. He was always very refined, gentle and well mannered. He will be missed by all who knew him. Ramon was especially nice to my son Jay who interned in McKeesport long after we moved away.
Hugs and love to you, Pat and your whole family.
Love, Lina and Joey
