Alan Snell Obituary

Alan Raymond Snell, of Kennedy Township, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016. Alan was born Dec. 5, 1950, a son of the late Lillian and Frederick Snell, of Erie. He was the dearly beloved husband of Joyce (Muha) Snell for 42 years. Alan was the proud father of Lauren (Wynn) Hann and David Alan Snell. He was a dedicated grandfather to his beloved granddaughters, Uma and Mila. He was the brother of; sisters, Mary (Bob) Schuster and June Snell (Doug); brothers, Earl, and the late Cpl. Marc E. Snell; brother-in-law of the late Robert (surviving, Donna) Muha; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Alan will be remembered for being a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Forest Grove Road, Kennedy Township. Funeral services will be private.
