Joe was a Derry and Rutgers teammate of mine and I never knew any one who didn't love him. You knew you could trust hiim with anything and could always count on his help. I was so proud that he chose to come to Rutgers. We were also Phi Gamma Delta fraternity brothers and even though we were 2 years apart , we shared much. Joe loved his family so much. Getting Joe into my 1961 VW with luggage for the 6 hour drive was always quite a chore ! Joe, you will be missed. May God continue to bless your family richly. Lou Tepper (Derry class of 1963)
