Phillip D'Angelo Obituary

Phillip Joseph "Phil" D'Angelo, 40, of Crabtree, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2002, in Unity Township. He was born May 10, 1961, in Latrobe, a son of the late Edgar and Elizabeth Hriczik D'Angelo. Phillip belonged to the Keystone Rod & Gun Club, the Crabtree and Hannastown fire halls, the New Alexandria Ukrainian Club and the Kingston Sportsmen's Club. He is survived by a brother, William ``Bill' D'Angelo of Crabtree; his faithful Brittany Spaniel, Cody; close friends, Dale and Dylan Pushic and Leann Slivko of Crabtree; also several aunts and uncles. There will be no visitation. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church, New Alexandria, with the Rev. Lawrence T. Persico as celebrant. Interment will follow in Calvary Hill Cemetery, Unity Township. The P. DAVID NEWHOUSE FUNERAL HOME, corner of Church and Washington streets, New Alexandria, in charge of arrangements.
