George G. Wilson, 82, of Auburndale, FL, formerly of Creighton, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Good Shepherd Hospice, Lakeland, FL. George was born in Natrona Heights, on Jan. 27, 1943, and was the son of the late George A. and Rose (Belinotti) Wilson. George retired from home improvement sales. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Laurel Wilson; his daughter, Rene Lee (Justin) Elie; his grandson, Grayson Elie; and his sister, Rosann Wilson. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 21, at PAUL R. AJAK FUNERAL HOME INC., 921 Freeport Road, Creighton. Burial will follow at Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to Good Shepherd Hospice, 3450 Lakeland Hills Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33805.
