JOYCE ARNTSON Obituary
Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home
Joyce P. Arntson, 69, of Pasco, passed away September 18, 2013, in Richland, Washington. She moved to Pasco 13 years ago from Indianapolis, Indiana, to be near her family.
Joyce served in the U.S. Army and after discharge worked for the government traveling to Washington D.C., Panama and other big cities for her job. After retirement, she traveled around the world.
Joyce was a lover of dogs; her dogs were very special to her. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Master.
She is survived by her aunt Marian Strifert; uncle Vern and Lois Arntson, Minnesota; special cousin Donna Beck; cousin Ric and Liz Strifert; and many other cousins here and in Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousin Rex Strifert.
Services will be held Saturday, September 28, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at Lutheran Church of the Master, Road 48 and Court Street, Pasco.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Lutheran Social Services or American Cancer Society.

I was Carol Anderson and was confirmed with Joyce at Grove Lake Lutheran Church near Pelican Rapids, MN. I also was a classmate the the high school there with Joyce. She was a very kind and caring person and her memory will be as such. God Bless the life of Joyce Arntson.
