Aunt Donna, Kenny, Ricky, & Tisha:

We send our deepest sympathy love and devotion to you at this time as always. We all loved Dickee Doo very much. We live so far away but keep you very close to our hearts. Uncle will be missed by one and all that knew him ~ he had a very special way of making you feel comfortable around him ~ think that giggle of his might have been part of that.

His pain is gone now and hope that the love and support that you get from friends and family helps in a small way to lessen yours at his loss. We Love You Dearly!!!

I think the most precious thing that Dickee offered to all of us at the 162nd while he worked was his smile. I still can see him driving around the base on his lawn mower always waving and smiling. He was a good man and did a wonderful job for our base. May you be comforted at this time.

It is always with sadness that an elite member of the ANG Family passes as did Dickee Epps. Our base was kept manicured and always looked magnificent. I admired the soft natured personality that Dickee gave of himself to all. He will be greatly missed.

Dickie was definitely the best gardener that the 162d ever had. "The guru of green" He was a good friend and someone who would always talk golf if you let him. He is in a better place now and can play as much as he wants. My condolences to his family.
