I was so saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I probably met him in the 80's though the work comp industry. He always treated the injured worker/carriers with. My prayers go out to his family, may his memory be a blessing

Frank was/is one of those people who, once you met him (1968 for me), ran around with him, was a person that would pop into your head and you would instantly remember the good times you had with him.
I was worried for his well being when he worked at putting the really bad guys away. And I mean really bad guys,
I was relieved when he went to private practice.
God bless you Frank for all you did and people's lives you touched.
Great Guy!

Frank Frey was a good friend. As third-gen Old Pueblo lineage, Frank and I entered the U of A and pledged Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity together in 1965-66. Our families were old Tucson (not rich, just old) from the days when fewer than 50,000 resided here. Frank's untimely demise has reminded me of countless good friendships and times we shared in Tucson and at the U of A. We lost touch for several years but I will always look back on him as a good, honorable and decent man. Rest in Peace, Brother. You will be missed by many.

I knew Frank throughout my years working as a court reporter. We'd often chat before and after hearings or depos, which was always interesting and entertaining, and as the years wore on, I'd say we became friends. Rest in peace, my friend.

Great guy and sharp as a razor legal mind. So sad to learn he passed but Frank is still remembered in the legal community as a firm but fair litigator. It was my pleasure and privilege to have know him. Vaya con dios mi compadre.

I only got to know Frank briefly as we served on a city committee together providing oversight for the city's risk management program. Frank was a true gentleman and very knowledgeable professional. I enjoyed our interactions and hearing his perspective on a variety of issues. I'm sorry to learn of his passing, and will remember him as a wonderful colleague that I wish I had known longer. Wishing peace to his family and friends.

I'm sad Frank has passed. He and I litigated against each other, and we also worked together a bit. He was extremely bright, and he and I shared the trait of sometimes speaking without thinking about the reactions of the people around us. He was a fundamentally good and honest person, and I'd like to think he thought of me as a friend; I certainly thought of him that way. I will miss him.
