Lloyd Achilles Obituary

Lloyd William Achilles 82, of Tucson, born in Inman, KS on September 25, 1925, passed away on July 8, 2008. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Susanna Achilles. He is survived by his wife, Aravesta Lee Achilles; his children, Tawnia Lee, Preston York (Nancy), Tamara Sue, all of Tucson, Lloyd Kirk (Suzanne) of Oregon; grandchildren, Susanna (Kris), Jon Preston (Erin), Matthew York, Phillip Scott; special person, Anne, plus many other loving relatives and friends. Lloyd served his country with the United States Marines during WW II. A memorial service will be held at EAST LAWN PALMS CHAPEL, 5801 E. Grant Rd., on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Casa de la Luz Hospice Inpatient Unit.
