Dear Chip, Stacy, Linda & Vernon,
I just got to see pictures and it was so wonderful to see you all. Some of my fondest memories are when your family would come to Illinois to see everyone. Your Dad was very dear to so many people.

Paul was the long-distance uncle with the long-reach touch. Paul's visits back to Paxton by himself or with his family were always memorable. He had a gentle heart and always had kind words of wizdom for us young folk. He will be greatly missed.

Thank you to all who have visited and signed my Dad's guest book. Your sentiments mean so much to me. My Dad was a wonderful man, a loving father, and my best friend. God has welcomed him home now, but his memories and all that he taught me will live in my heart forever. I love and miss you Daddy!

To my cousins Chip, Stacy, Linda, and Vernon...your dad was one of the most fascinating people I've ever known. He knew so much about so many different subjects. My all-time favorite vacation was the one my family took to visit your family in Arizona, when we drove into Mexico and stayed at a camp. I'm sure my dad, Grandpa, and Uncle Don welcomed him in Heaven with open arms, but I'll miss him.

Love,
Your Cousin Diana (Dale's daughter)
and kids Valerie, Nikki, and Joey

To Paul's family....
I don't know if you remember me, but Paul and son Paul helped my son, Brandon Kelley, build and compete with a soap box derby car. I was a single mom at the time and it was wonderful for Brandon to spend time with two such wonderful guys working on this project. He has never forgotten it, nor have I. Our prayers are with you all....God has welcomed a fine man home.

We can't know why sad things happen...
We can only know that nothing beautiful in this world is ever really lost, because all precious things live on in memory - forever.

Paul has been a fixture of my life since I can remember. I was very little when I first spent time with him and his family at St Pius X Church. He was a good friend of my father's and I can remember bringing cookies and coffee to them during meetings.
Much later in my life, Paul was working at the a title company when I began cutting my teeth in Real Estate under my father's guidance. Paul helped further my knowledge, explain many things, and was always ready with help, a smile and a joke.
He was a good man, a man to be proud of. Vaya con Dios, Pablo-you old German!

My name is Lori and when Paul worked at the title company at Broadway and Wilmot, I worked with him for many years before he retired. He was a wonderful and kind person and I was very sad when he retired. I will miss his cheerful smile.
