Sergio Carrillo Obituary

Sergio Antonio Carrillo, Sr. 44, June 14, 1967 - January 1, 2012. He was born in Naco, MX. to Jesus Antonio and Teofila Carrillo. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Michelle A. Carrillo and their three children, Danielle, Sergio Jr. (Felicia) and Amanda (Luis); his special nephew, Gerardo Rivera; one beautiful grandson, Urijah Anthony Carrillo (his Travesuras); his mother, Teofila Carrillo; five siblings, Uva (Antonio) Trejo, Rosalyna (Cosme Sr.) Lopez, Maria (Mario) Bustamante, Braulio (Cynthia) Carrillo and Feliciano Carrillo and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is now reunited in Heaven with his father, grandfather and mother-in-law. He was a great hunter and loved being outdoors, from camping to fishing, hiking and prospecting. He was a strong, knowledgeable and an intelligent man with many words of advice and wisdom. Sergio also loved his Rock 'n Roll music and loved playing his acoustic guitar. He was always seen with a smile and was so easy going. He always had stories to tell and was full of laughter. He was our leader and the foundation of the family and loved his family so much. Family has always come first for him. He will be missed dearly with not enough words to describe how much he will be missed and loved. For our hearts will never be the same without this wonderful loving man. Visitation will be on Friday, January 6, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS. A Chapel Service at 10:00 a.m. will follow at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Services entrusted to MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS, 2580 S. 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ.

What a terrible loss. I feel sad for those who didn't have the privilege to know you . You were a winner no doubt. Look how many lives you touched just by being you. God surely has a special place for you in Heaven. You will never be forgotten. Your cousin, Sofia Flores.

Bro you cant imagine how much I am going to miss you. The whole family is going to miss you so very much. I will always wish we could have had more good times together. We had so much fun when we were kids, but as we both grew older life took over and our responsibilities made it a bit more difficult for us to get together especially living in separate states. The times we did get together though whew those were some good times! The laughter was plentiful! And the admiration and love was genuine. While you were my cousin, you and I know we were more like brothers to each other so it is with great heartache that I say I am going to miss you so much brother. I can not even begin to understand why it ended so soon but I do know that our loss is Heavens gain. You and your dad are together again and that makes me happy as I know you both loved each other very much (give him a hug for me). The rest of us will remain broken-hearted and only time will help us. I know in my heart you miss us as much as we miss you and given the choice you would choose to still be here with us. But God had His reason for calling you home and so we must continue to live our lives as you would have wanted us to. I know you feel sad about the hurt we all feel bro but we loved you so much there is no other way to feel at this time. From time to time send me a sign (a running deer, a bouncing bunny, a rainbow) and let me know you are thinking of me. I love you, bro. Martin Rodriguez
