While Jim & I were opposing parties in the regulatory arena, I respected him. Even though he was serious about his work & positions, there were occasions where his sense of humor was a pleasant surprise. May Jim rest in peace.

I worked with Jim in the early 1980s at Williams Exploration Company. He was known for his wit, sense of humor, and kindness. My condolences go to his wife and family--no doubt his love will always be with you.

Jim will truely be missed. He was a fun person to be around, even when we were in opposing situations (I was a MoPSC Staffer who worked closely with Jim). He always talked highly of his family, which he was very proud of. He was a great man. My sincere condolences to his family.
