Billy will be missed for sure,his sense of humor and his singing (Oh Happy Day) the most. He was a good friend with the kindest heart.

I haven't seen Billy much since I retired, but if you met him even once you'd probably never forget him. He always brightened my day when I'd see him at the hospital or out and about in Dothan. He never failed to make me laugh about something. He will definitely be missed. My deepest sympathy to his family.

My prayer for the family to find the peace that surpasses all understanding. Billie was always a joyful person and brought a ray of sunshine to any room he entered. I worked at Flowers Hospital with him for many years and he will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
