Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Circlewood Baptist Church with Dr. Herb Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
Dicky was preceded in death by his father, Richard C. Hoagland; mother, Nell L. Hoagland; and sister, Janie Logan.

Dicky loved his family, friends, hunting and fishing. He also loved the hunting camp and it will never be the same. He was a proud member of the Tuscaloosa Elks Lodge 393 for over twenty years.
Dicky worked as an electrician his entire life. Everyone that new him, knew he was the "Straw Boss". Dicky will be missed by so many that knew and loved him. We know he is no longer in pain and has encountered the greatest love of all, Jesus.
