Dearest Irene,
It is with sadness that I cannot be there to share your memory and celebrate your life with our family and friends. I thank you for all that you did for our father, especially during those last terrible years, and how you were always there for him. I hope those close to you were there for you as well as you went on your journey. Dad is most likely there for you now to guide you over. Rest in peace, dear lady -- loving mother/stepmother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to all of us.
