Lisa, I was sorry to hear of John's death. John was a wonderful person, talented and loving, and I know that you and your family have suffered a great loss. John's passion for veteran's rights is the thing I will remember the most from him. John will always remain alive in my memories and in the memories of those who loved, respected, and treasured him. Please accept my deepest sympathy on your sad loss.

Lisa, My thoughts of John revolve around his commitment to his duty and responsibility as a father. John had that wonderful balance of seriousness and ability to appreciate the lighter side of things. He was down to earth and was not quick to shoot from the hip. My thoughts of him will remain vivid and positive. My prayers are with you.
