Mr. Anthony J. Tony DeSalvo, age 88, of Utica, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at the Faxton-St. Lukes Healthcare Center, with the love and support of his family. Born in Queens, NY, on December 6, 1921, Anthony was the son of the late Pietro and Rose (Brienza) DeSalvo. He was raised and educated in Corona, NY. A veteran of World War II, he served his country in the United States Coast Guard from 1942-1945, stationed in the European Theater of Operations. On April 17, 1955, he married the former Doris M.
