Sheri Baker Addington, 51, passed away on February 14, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was born on June 15, 1962, to the late Clayton and Esther Hyman Baker. Sheri was a 1980 graduate of Sauquoit Valley Central School and earned her LPN through BOCES in 1982. On September 16, 1989, she was married to David Addington in Clayville. At one time, Sheri was employed as a nurse at Faxton Hospital. She is survived by her husband, David; a daughter, Kristie Addington; and a son, Adam Addington; her sister, Deonne and Robert Carey, of Sauquoit; her in-laws, C.J. and Josephine Addington, of New Hartford, and Lisa and Chuck Moore, of Georgia; two special grandchildren, Nathan Dunn and Kori Dillenbeck; and a very special nephew, Rob Carey. She was predeceased by her brother, Reginald Baker. A special thank you to Robert Dunn, Matt Dillenbeck and Chelsey Carey for all of their help. A celebration of Sheri's life will take place on Saturday, February 22, at 1:00 at the Sauquoit United Methodist Church.
