Helen Margaret Carpenter, age 92, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died peacefully at her home in San Ramon, California on March 7, 2017.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Carol Christopherson, Lynn Graves, and Elena Cox, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Helen was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 27, 1924, and moved to southern California in 1952. She retired from the Conejo Valley School District in 1988. She enjoyed a great life in Westlake Village, California for over forty years, surrounded by family and many friends. She moved to San Ramon in 2011.
Interment is private. Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Mortuary in Westlake Village.
