Oh so sad to hear! We had lost touch when we moved out of the county last year, but remember when we were neighbors on Lucada Street. We were busy raising two little girls, and Phil and Connie were chasing after teenagers!! After we moved first to another home in Santa Paula, then to Ojai, Fred remembers the plumbing visits, that always ended with coffee, a cookie and a great conversation. Our heart is mourning for your loss but is overjoyed that Phil is home again with Connie. God Bless xx

Worked with Phil, for all those years. Hardworking and dedicated. Would see him and his wife at the Somis Market enjoying their favorite meal. At our last 3M Oldtimers reunion, Mike Slider and Phil would share their crazy bike rides in the desert. Fun stuff. Peace be with Phil and his family.
