My mother, the late Faye Russell always thought so highly of Mr. Lacy...he was "The ultimate gentleman and wise businessman" she used to say. As a child, I enjoyed friendship with several of the Lacy children, Elizabeth and Chris primarily. To all the family, my sincere condolences, Waco has lost a very special citizen.
