Andy quickly became a great friend when I came to NC in 1992. We worked together, but also were good friends and roommates. Not only was he a really fun guy to spend time with (literally everybody loved him), he was a really loyal friend and went out of his way to welcome me into his circle. When I recently learned of his passing, so many great memories came back to me, including his incredibly quick wit and infectious laugh. Stacie and Emma-so sorry for your loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Andy's family and friends. North Carolina Wesleyan was blessed to have Andy as a member of the Bishop family. He will be greatly missed.
Sincerely,

Andy was a part of our family... just slid right in there... so natural, smooth, easy that we just thought - ok, you're in! Granted he had already joined us as Chris' best man and Jen and Chris adored him... we were lucky to have his humor, joy and enthusiasm in our world for the time he lived with us in CT and would visit us from his short stay in NYC... I remember his golf clubs got stolen out of the truck when he was moving in... he found humor in the absurdity of that event. SO sad to know he is no longer with us... Stacie and Emma... we hold you in our hearts. With love, Liz

Andy Wright was a part of our family for many years. We loved him as our own. Will always remember him in so many ways. Such a tremendous loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Stacie, Emma and Andy's entire family and loved ones. We met Andy at our daughter's home when they were neighbors in Middletown. Dori, Danny and Peyton Carr. We immediately loved Andy and his family. Danny and Andy became best of friends and to see those 2 guys laughing and joking around are memories we will never forget. Our daughter Dori and grandson Peyton were also very special to Andy, and I know how special he was to them and all of us that loved him. He truly was "one of a kind"
