Anna Mocca Obituary

MOCCA ANNA M. (SCARPACI) MOCCA (Age 90) Died on November 10, 2009 at her home at Leisure World, Silver Spring, MD. She was the wife of the late Dr. Nicholas A. Mocca. She was the mother of six children, and is survived by three daughters: Monica (M. David) Quin of Frederick, MD; Alicia (Donald) Campbell of North Potomac, MD; Michelle (Stephen) Lidd of Silver Spring, MD; three sons: Nicholas (Lorraine) Mocca, Jr. of Palm Bay, FL; Louis (Ellen) Mocca of Darnestown, MD; Anthony (Ghislaine) Mocca of Brookeville, MD; one sister, Florence M. Scarpaci, and one sister-in-law, Claire Scarpaci, both of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral and interment will be private at her request. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lions Club of Leisure World, 3005 Leisure World Boulevard, Apt. 710, Silver Spring, MD, 20906 or Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD, 20850, are requested.
