Benjamin Shehadeh Obituary

It is with deep, deep sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and uncle Benjamin "Benny" M. Shehadeh, who God chose to receive unto Him on January 5, 2025.
Benny embarked on his remarkable journey through life with great promise and dedication. At the tender age of 15, he began his academic pursuits at the American University in Beirut, demonstrating an early commitment to excellence and a thirst for knowledge. His career commenced at the US Embassy in Lebanon, where he honed his skills and forged lifelong relationships. Over the years, Benny expanded his horizons and became an international businessman, leaving an indelible mark on the global stage.
He was more than a beacon of success; Benny was the light of our lives, our anchor, our rock, and our world. His presence epitomized nobility, care, love, respect, unselfishness, and generosity. His memory will forever shine bright, a flame that will never die and shall never be forgotten.
Benny leaves behind a legacy of love and family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Kathleen; his cherished sons, Christopher (Karen), and Patrick; his beloved daughter, Kimberly Westfall (Josh); and his seven treasured grandchildren: Robert, Thomas, Matthew, Dillon, Alyssa, Declan, and Olivia. Their lives were profoundly touched by his warmth and guidance.
The date for the celebration of Benny's life will be announced at a later date. Until then, we hold him in our hearts and honor his extraordinary life and the immense impact he had on all who knew him.

Kim- I always remember your father being so warm, welcoming and kind. His accomplishments are remarkable but I know you will remember his most for the being the most incredible father and grandfather. Sending love to you and your family- it hurts the most when you had the best.
