David Mark Posner

David Mark Posner passed away on January 18, 2026 at age 80. Born on June 27, 1945, David grew up in Brooklyn, NY. He was a dynamic and dedicated person who cared greatly for his family, excelled as a physician, and pursued diverse interests in his lifetime.
He was a loving father, grandfather, and husband. Nothing was more important to him than spending time with his wife of 55 years Suzanne; children Nicole, Eric (Amanda) and Andrea Kate (Joshua); six grandchildren—Alexandra, Roman, Miles, Asher, Perry and Max; and brother Paul and his wife Barbara. He was predeceased by his loving parents Anne and Herbert Posner. David adored his family, taught them so much, and encouraged them to live life to the fullest.
Services at Temple Isaiah, 12200 Scaggsville Road, Fulton, MD 20759, on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Temple Isaiah, or to American Cancer Society, online at cancer.org. The family will be receiving guests at Temple Isaiah Friday following interment until 4 p.m., and Saturday at the Posner residence, starting at 4 p.m. with a service at 7 p.m.
