Ed Bock: We still miss his neighborly outlook to any person who passed his way. He will continue to be missed by my wife , Janet Gilligan and myself. We now live in Colorado after moving here from PineHaven Terrace near Bethesda, Maryland & the National Institutes of Health . We have now lived in he same home in Colorado the past twenty years since 2001.
Best Wishes to Ed's family and friends, Jan & John Waples, Fort Collins , Colorado. Feb. 8, 2021
When jan's mother , Mary Collins Gilligan, passed away after we moved here, Ed kindly sent us
a check for forty dollars or so which we used to purchase a Colorado blue spruce which is now about eighteen years old now. The Colorado Blue Spruce is now over forty feet tall and overlooks our small front patio & we think of Ed as we planted the two foot tree after Mary's passing ,especially when the wind blows. Our former neighbor nextdoor named the Spruce " Dancing Mary "
