Ezra was a man's man who I knew through his business Capital Car Care. I knew him as a man of great integrity who stood by his word and always had a ready smile. In an era when customer service seems to have slid in many businesses, it did not with Ezra. He instilled the mantra of customer service, integrity, and strong Christian values in his family members who followed him into the business; these values including family caring for each other, their employees, and their customers. Ezra led by example. He was a delight to know and deal with over the years. He is certainly missed but lives on in his family!

I'm recalling our chance meeting at Conemaugh Nason when Ezra & Linda (as cousins plus we were high school classmates) were visiting with his brother who was there as a patient. Just a very short time as both Sterns so very kindly greeted me. God's love was so evident & indelible in my memory.
