I will remember George for so many fun things: his infectious laugh, video taping Joe while Joe was videotaping George, driving from DC to MA with no directions or a map to get to Harvard and of course arriving in the wee hours. And then the "stories" on the back porch in Vienna while smoking a cigar or two. I will always remember him saying so genuinely when Alina was a wee one "she is so beautiful". He couldn't wait to hold her whenever our Christmas PA visits would cross paths. I remember so dearly our overnight visits with the whole family and George so generously shuttling us back and forth to the Metro. George has the biggest heart of gold that we will all miss forever.

We were saddened to hear the news of George's death. He was so pleasant to talk with and helpful in so many ways when we lived next door with our daughter Marcella and family. Our condolences to Susan and the chidren.

Mr.Krawczyk
Dunn Loring Swim Club will never be the same again without your laugh and happy attitude that you used to make are days even better. You taught us many lessons during your time at the pool. We will all forever be better people because of you Mr.Krawczyk. You made everyday we had to work at the pool 10 thousand times brighter.
As you always said to me when you left the pool

George had a smile that was infectious. I'll never forget the crush my sister had on him when she was little, or how he would always dance with us "little" girls at family parties. He will truly be missed.

Dear Krawczyk family,
George was a man of great principals. He believed in living his life and devoting it to raise his children with such impecable manners and great spirit. He was a man of faith who understood the value of cultural diversity and believing in values that have long been forgotten by many others. Despite being his neighbor for only 2 years, I am forever thankful to faith that brought us together as neighbours. He was very kind, always smiling and extremely polite to the point where I wouldn't be able to take my eyes off the ground out of respect for him knowing that this man is in the ranks of my father; He always made me feel overwhlemingly humbled.
To speak the truth I haven't had as many nourishing talks with another person as I have had with George, whether it was on his lawn or on his garage driveway. His passing is truly something I will never forget!
God Bless You All
