Harry was such a gem. Such a nice man. We loved seeing Harry and Tina when we visited my sister and brother-in-law in Glastonbury. They were the best next door neighbors! My husband Bill and I got married in my sister's living room, officiated by Tina. During the ceremony, Bill sang me the line from the Mary Tyler Moore theme song, "Who Can Turn The World on With Her Smile?" Precious Harry came over the next day with the whole dvd series, and gift wrapped! THAT is the kind of guy Harry was. A thoughtful, generous and happy man that enjoyed making others happy. We sure are going to miss him and that twinkle in his eye! Godspeed Harry!

This is not a moment of sorrow, but one of gratitude-for the life of a man who brought light, laughter, and love to all who knew him.
Uncle Harry was more than family; he was a steady presence, a warm smile, a storyteller with a heart of gold.
He taught us the value of kindness, the joy of simple moments, and the strength of unconditional love.
Though he may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in every story shared, every laugh he inspired, and every life he touched.
We celebrate not just the years he lived, but the way he lived them-with courage, compassion, and a twinkle in his eye.
Rest peacefully, Uncle Harry.
You will always be missed, forever remembered, and endlessly loved.

I did not know Harry personally, but I am close with his brother Thom and Thom’s family. We share a grandson together. I have witnessed Harry’s generosity through the years and the joy his gifts have brought to others, especially Thom and Janice’s grandsons.
My heart goes out to all of you as you grieve the profound loss of such a kind, thoughtful and special man. God bless all of you.
With Love,

Harry and I spent Christmas Eve together in 1974. We closed Tammany Hall at 6:00, cleaned the joint, and went to Colonel Mustard's for a few hours before getting to Nathan's in time for the annual Dom Perignon pouring for DC restaurant/saloon employees at midnight. Throughout the entire 8 hours we were out, we "entertained" everyone with beautiful renditions of The Christmas Song-requested or not. it was the only time before, or since, I was ever alone on Christmas Eve. I'm glad Harry was too. I've never forgotten it and never will. Thanks, Harry. RIP old friend

My deepest sympathies for your loss. Harry was like a big brother to me. I met him in 1974 when I first moved to DC and started working at Tammany Hall.
Within 6 months I had moved into the "Docks" in Arlington with Harry, Danny, Scott, Rich & Ron...what crazy fun times we had!
I will never forget seeing Harry standing behind the Bar with that big smile, both hands raised dancing the night away. He could Sing & Dance for sure. Adios Harry, thanks for the memories.

My deepest condolences to the Branning family and to all of his many friends everywhere. I haven't seen Harry in decades, but he always stood out in my memory as one of the nicest most gentle souls I ever knew. I worked with him at Tammany Hall and Winston's and cherished my evenings as his bar partner. I am glad he had such a successful career but even happier that he had such a successful life. A loving family, a true and dedicated friend, a humble and generous demeanor and a legacy to be proud of. What a wonderful man.

Our deepest condolences from The Astiasaran Family. Harry was such a bright light to all who knew him. He always made us laugh! Manny will smoke a Cuban in his memory. :) And every Christmas, I will continue to smile at all the gifts of decorations and ornaments that our Santa Harry gave to us! God bless you all and rest easy our friend. Heaven gained an angel for sure. Xoxo

Dear Tina and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Harry was a joy to be with. We met through our work on the Glastonbury Education Foundation. His enthusiasm in everything he did was infectious. He was generous and caring. My best to you all.
