HAZEL SCOTT Obituary
HAZEL JEAN SCOTT (Age 64)
On October 22, 2017, of Magnolia, AR, peacefully entered eternal rest at her home in Hyattsville, MD after a brief battle with Glioblastoma brain cancer. She was employed with the District of Columbia government for over 30 years and recently retired on June 30, 2017. Some of her friends and colleagues would playfully refer to her as "Scott on the rocks", but most knew her as just "Scott." She had a big heart and enjoyed helping people, especially family, friends or anyone in need. Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Ryland Epworth United Methodist Church, 3200 S Street, SE, Washington, DC 20020. Viewing from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Service at 11 a.m.. Online condolences can be made at: www.jbjenkinsfuneralhome.com.
