HOWARD LAWSON ERWIN (Age 95) "Red"
On Thursday, February 9, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Rotha Holbert Erwin; father of Linda Erwin; uncle of Pete Saunders, Mark Holbert and Rotha Frye. Predeceased by three brothers, Herbert, Wendell and Roland Erwin. He is also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3799 East-West Highway, Hyattsville, MD on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Red was such a wonderful and loving friend who we will miss so very much. We loved our talks with him and loved him and cousin Rotha when they came home to the country. Our visits with each other were so much fun and memorable. Rest In Peace friend. We love you and Rotha .

Mr Erwin was a good man who always provide good insight in the world of academic enhancement as well as positive reinforcement when needed. I will always remember his suits and wonder smile.. In god house he will be an asset.
