On Sunday, February 20, 2011 of Adelphi, MD. Beloved father of Valerie J. Felter (Jim) and Natalie A. Jaquith (Bob); grandfather of Ashley and Michelle Felter, Evan, and Genna Jaquith. Also survived by other loving family and friends.
