James Baldwin Obituary
James W. Baldwin
On August 1, 2022, Dr. James W. Baldwin peacefully passed at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington. Cherishing his memory and continuing his legacy are his beloved daughters, Brenda Baldwin-Marshall (Ulysses) and Bonita Baldwin-Jones; grandchildren Fatima, Tamika, Jason, Christopher (Emily), and Morgan; six great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Anne Baldwin and daughter, Barbara Miller.
A Moment in Memory during the worship service will be held at The Episcopal Church of The Atonement, 5073 East Capitol St. SE, Washington, D.C. 20019 on Sunday, September 25 at 10 a.m.
Live Stream is also available on church website. Private interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.

Dear Family of Dr. Baldwin,
I want to share my sincere condolences with you on the loss of Dr. Baldwin. He was a fixture in our church. His smile, wisdom, intellect, and kindness was a blessing and will be missed. May he rest in peace with our Lord!
