Of Owings, MD on July 16, 2004. Beloved husband of Kaye Bourne; devoted father of James E. Bourne, III, Meri Bourne Mireles and the late Brenda Bourne Stair; grandfather of Amanda, Lauren, Hannah, Grace and the late Rebecca Bourne; brother of Ellen Palmer, Dorothy Dunlap, Margaret Henck, Mildred Cervera, Helen Guilford, Ruth Hanssen and Frances Armistead. Friends may call at the RAUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 8325 Mt. Harmony Ln., Owings, MD, Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Tuesday, July 20, 11 a.m. at Grace Brethren Church of Calvert County. Interment Southern Memorial Gardens, Dunkirk, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Brethren Church, Owings, MD.
