James W. Cephas (Age 67)  
On Monday, August 26, 2019 at his home in Clinton, MD. Beloved husband of Linda Cephas. He is also survived by two daughters, one sister, six grandchildren, and host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 5, 2019 at St Luke's Catholic Church, 4925 E. Capitol St. SE, Washington, DC 20019 from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. Interment in Washington National Cemetery. Arrangements by Pope Funeral Home, Washington, DC.

I was fortunate to spend time with James Cephas at the US Court of Federal Claims. His light shines on in my memory. James was blessed with a generous spirit and the ability to connect with everyone at the court. He will be missed.
