James Michael Obituary
MICHAEL JAMES L. MICHAEL (Age 73) JAMES L. MICHAEL spent 25 years as a Senior Engineer and Manager at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center before retiring in 1989, died October 17, 2008 of natural causes at home in Romney, WV. Mr. Michael was born March 2, 1935 in Augusta, WV, son of the late Perry Lee Michael and Margaret P. Baldwin Michael. Survivors include his three children, Bret Michael of Pacific Grove, CA, Susan Kushay of Washington, DC and Karen Butler of Falls Church, VA; two brothers, Glenn Michael and Eugune Michael; two sisters, Anna Lou Schemm and Patricia Kidwell; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Sandra Saville and his brother, Andrew Michael. The family will receive friends at Romney First United Methodist Church, Romney, WV on Saturday, November 3 from 12 to 3 p.m. Memorial service will follow for close family and friends.
