Uncle Jack will be missed by all. He left a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of spending time with him. He will be in our hearts forever.

Jack is up in heaven with Bob Terrell and the rest of the "Black Hawks". He was a great uncle and great man. I had the pleasure of being with Jack at the end and he passed like a "real man". He will be missed by all !
