KECIA SHAVAUGHN NOBLES (Age 45)
Peacefully on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Kecia was the beloved daughter of James Nobles and Cynthia Ford. She is also survived by her husband, Rodney Robinson; an adopted son, Brian Ford; her grandmother, Cora Britton; aunts, Miriam Harvin, Vivian Claypoole, Mary Nobles, and Lillian Nobles; cousins, Marvin Ford, Marlo Ford, NaTasha Dasher, Maurice Harris, Tonya Rush, Tonieka Hardy, Chaniqua (Mike) Moore, Lorenzo Ford, Maurice Ford, DeMario Ford, Antoneo Young, Marquell Simms, Drake Ford, Delmar Woods, Maurshae and Jaylin Harris, and Daneka Dasher; brothers-in-law, Keith, Angelo, Fred and Anthony Robinson; sisters-in-law, Consuela and Gazell Robinson; six godchildren, Danielle Lymore, Sadrea Hucks, McKindria Lettsinger, Theresa Taylor, Tre'Arthur Hargrove and William Atkins, IV; numerous nieces; nephews; her EEI Inc. family, and countless friends. Kecia was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nellie Ford; two aunts, Sylvia Harris and Pat Ford-Redd. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 26 from 9 a.m. until time of service 10:30 a.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD. I kept seeing rest in peace Kecia however, it was not until I seen the pictures and then the call from my baby brother saying you had passed away. I just keep thinking of your smile with tears in my eyes. You never showed any other kind of emotion always happy and easy going. I think back to our younger days when we would be hanging out, it would be a Tuesday we would have plans (you, Risa and I) to go skating, you and I would be braiding hair I would have 2 clients and you would have 1, I would call and ask if you were done you would say no Miss Judd you are to fast (lol). You gave me advice, you never judged, and definitely never turned your back. Day 1 has past since I last saw you and its still hard to imagine not seeing you or hearing your voice. You know people would always ask you "why your friend look so mean and you would always respond and say "don't pay her no mind she haven't had her medication today", I want you to know I finally taken my medication as a matter of fact I have had several dosage to get me through this lost, but its a good dosage cause I know you are in a better place watching over me.....I will miss you, I will love u 4ever and always cherish the friendship that we shared...I will never say good bye because I will see you again

Kecia I remember first meeting you. I came in your room and you said make sure you wipe the bleach off and you said it with a smile.I visit you again and you remembered me from the last time and said "can you find out where my Burberry coat is?" I said yes and came to visit you again to update you but you were resting. I came another day and you were up talking and I said I told you I didn't forget you and you said you sure didn't. I told you I will be back tomorrow to check on you after my lunch. As I was finishing my lunch I was on my way but when I got there they said you are gone. I was heartbroken and sad.
