KRIS MILES Obituary
Kris DeVos Miles
Passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020. Loving father of Meshack Lewis Miles. Also left to cherish his memory is one brother, Bruce Miles, three sisters, Jewell, Sandra and Cynthia Miles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Kris was redeceased by one sister, Rosemary Miles. Services will be held at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church, 2914 Bladensburg Rd. NE, date to be determined.

Kris, I´m reminiscing about your humor, intelligence, business savvy, and those smooth dance moves you displayed on the dance floor. You were always there to assist people when you saw the need.
What a wonderful gift to humanity you are. There is only one Kris Miles. Thank you for allowing me to be called your friend. You are truly missed.

Kris, I was told by one of our siblings that you and I could have been twins. We had such a beautiful bond. I kiss your picture every day along with our sister Rosemary and our parents, who are now with you in the heavenly realm. I miss most of all our talks filled with so much laughter. It was remarkable how you could laugh so easily at your self as you often time said "I'm going to keep rumbling" and you did. You loved life and life loved you. You left quite a legacy and I am so proud of you for being the person that you were. Life will never be the same without you however I know you are in God's hands and that is where you belong. Love you!

My sincere condolences to you. I had the pleasure of knowing Kris over the years; he was my brother in spirit. Long periods would go by without seeing him but he always dispensed the medicine I needed to be uplifted: 1 cup of his infectious smile & several cups of jokes! Oh, & he always mocked how I spoke...he said I was too proper! Lol! You're with us in spirit. Give them some laughs up there at the big house called HEAVEN!

Kris and I worked together for years. He was a great employee, colleague and staff person. I could always count on Kris to put a smile on my face and to help keep things light. He always had a positive attitude and was an overall great man. I will miss him greatly.
