How do you say goodbye to a fellow musician, friend and buddy, for the first time I can remember, I am at a loss for words. We shared some great times at Hunter's Lodge, the "big dive", and all those other rinky-dink places we played. They will never forget us as I will never forget you. Rest in peace my brother and be assured we will "jam again" in heaven I'm sure.
Rick (sorry, that's Ricky to you!)

My Dearest Father,
I still have not come to terms with your death. I am still waiting to hear your voice on the other end of the phone. I hear a song and think of you. I don't understand why you had to go so soon and I can only thank god that we had the time we did. But I could of only asked for a little more time. One last time for you to hug me and the honor of you giving me away in my up and comming wedding. Daddy, I will miss you very very much and my life will never be the same without you in it. You always knew how to make me smile. I will always be daddy's little girl I love you daddy! ~ "chopper" ~
p.s. Daddy, I want you to know that I fullfilled your biggest wish! I want you to know it went well. I love you & will miss you always.

I have not seen you in many years but once in a while I would answer the phone and hear your cheerful voice say hello. we would reminisce about our band "the taste of honey" from the seventies and talk about how much fun we had.I was planning to send you a surprise CD of that group but I always though we had plenty of time.
