Lena Karageorge Obituary
Lena was born on July 23,1931 in Greece and immigrated to the United States with her parents and five sisters. Lena was a homemaker, raising her three daughters and doing everything for the well-being of the family.
Lena was predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years Paul Karageorge and her dear daughter Stella Karageorge.
She is survived by two daughters Helen (George) Kapetanakis and Effie Apostolou, five grandchildren, Angela (Dave) Pishioneri, Constance Kapetanakis, Nick (Ellie) Kapetanakis, Alexander (Breanna) Apostolou, Eleni Apostolou, and four great grandchildren, Gianna, Dominic, Maverick, and Penelope.
Lena also leaves behind two sisters, Fay Makris and Thelma Hondros, and many nieces and nephews. For service information, please refer to the link on the Everly Funeral Home website.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church.
