I worked with Matt at PEPCO until I retired in 2005, and I can honestly say his parents raised a fine young man. He was always nice, very kind and a true gentleman to work with. My thoughts and prayers are with you and his entire family. Just know that Matt and his smile will be greatly missed and remembered.

"What though the radiance which was once so bright, be now forever taken from our sight; though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower, we will grieve not; rather find strength in what remains behind."
You are gone, Matt, but never forgotten. The memories will live forever in our hearts...your kindness and generosity will always be remembered.
