To the Advonti family:
It never occured to me social media would find the man who saved my life in 1974. Dr Advanti had the right instincts that day. His advice when I left Washington DC, and returned to California, has always served me well~ even after so many years: Whose problem is it? Thanks to Dr Advanti I stayed healthy, with good care, and have had a relatively successful life~ now retired at 76. My most sincere sympathies. Julie Bengtson

Sending the Advani family warm thoughts around this time as I sit here remembering my first, and by far, best, mentor ever, Mohan. I hope that you are all well and finding peace knowing how loved he still is.

My heart is breaking having just heard of Mohans passing. I worked with Mohan in the 80's and am so blessed to have called him my friend. Very rarely are people able to find a mentor, and Mohan was mine. I'm so sorry Sheila for your loss. What a great man.

I really enjoyed working with Dr Advani, respected and admired him, especially his work with SoME. He treated every person with respect and responded to others in his mild mannered way.
