Dear Bob,
We always loved seeing Mrs. Eastham here at Strosniders. She brightened our days like nobody else could. I always thought it was amazing how she could turn even a mundane task--like paying her bill--into an eventful opportunity to spread happiness. She was so incredibly genunine and we will miss her.
Our condolences,
Craig Smith

Dear Bob:
My whole family feels very, very sad for the loss of Nancy, our great neighbor and friend. Meanwhile, we also feel relieved that she may rest at peace now without any more physical sufferings. Nancy's courage and endurance in fighting against the torturing cancer during her final eight months are truly unusual and inspirational. And your tremendous and detailed care and support are exemplary.
Nancy will live in our heart for ever. We will visit her on Friday and be with her again on Saturday.
