Pat Lear was a joy to the Stonehurst neighborhood. We would often pause at her place just to view the woods and listen to her stories. All true. We are glad her family "took her into custody", but we missed the ray of sunshine on Barnard Court. We think of her fondly although we have moved closer to our grandkids as well.
