I´m a pottery student and I´m learning some lessons form watching Phil´s video via Washington street studio. What a wonderful teacher Philip is, he had made the information so clear and the lessons so fun. He is passionate and full of energy, kind and giving. I never met Phil but I will miss him and I´m grateful to the knowledge that he had left us, which will continue to inspired many. Rest In Peace Philip and my sincere condolences to the family and friends. - Jun

Just came across this sad news of a great master potter-Mr Phil Berneburg...Truly saddened...It was Teacher's Day just few days ago and through YOUTUBE, I wished him a Happy Teacher's Day and thanked him for such generous and kind sharing of his wealth of knowledge about Pottery to the entire public which we all benefit from taking a 'short-cuts' avoiding many possible failures in the learning path to become a better potter. I learn a lot from you, Sir and thank you. :-) With heart-felt condolence...May your knowledge and wisdom be carried on. My gratitude.
